KK Designs Giveaway

Last month, was elated to find out that I won a beautiful dress from KK Designs in a contest she held.  I've long been an admirer of her gorgeous designs, but you know how it is pinching pennies! Anyhow, the dress arrived and it is beautiful.  My little Olivia looks so cute in it.  It's handmade with care and will definitely be something to hand-down to a future cousin, ahem, should a girl cousin arrive!

Tell me about yourself, and your business:

I am a stay home mom with 2 beautiful twin girls. I am very passionate about sewing. I studied fashion design in college and have always loved to create things.

My inspiration comes from my family. My dad always taught me to do everything as perfectly as I can do it. My mom taught me to take pride in my work and to always keep on pushing. My twin daughters have always supported my love of sewing.

To me, handmade means lots of love and I do take time to make each item. I love to use the newest, chic, colorful, stylish and mostly elegant designer fabrics. Every step in my creation is done with love and caring. My goal is to create "grow with your child(ren's) dresses and outfits." I will continually be adding new outfits and hope that you check back very soon!
