Well, not quite - tomorrow is my birthday.. But see in our family, we celebrate our birthdays for an entire week!
Ok, not really. But my mom has been celebrating her "birthday week" for years and since I'm now well into my 30's, it's only fitting that I follow suit, right? You know, as a tribute to her, of course. Ahem.

When I was growing up we would sing "happy birthday" to the birthday person the whole entire week before their birthday...and on their birthday that person gets to choose their favorite foods for the meals!
